Located in the Yucatan Peninsula of Mexico is Playa del
Carmen Mexico and our beautiful contemporary
designed 2 bedroom 2 bathroom vacation condo which
can accommodate up to 5 vacationers at a time.
Minutes away from the beach, Cozumel Ferry, 5th
Avenue, and Playcar golf course, our vacation rental
offers the quiet tranquil feeling during down time and
just a skip away from play time.
Our Vacation Rental is located in a 24 hour guarded
gated community called Playacar, just 4 blocks from the
luxurious of 5th avenue, a popular area destination for
shopping, restaurants, and cultural entertainment. And
just two minutes from the wonderful sands of Playa del
Carmen's beaches and the warm waters of the Gulf of
Mexico.
Our vacation home is designed for your comfort. One
bedroom is equipped with a king bed and the other is
equipped with a queen. Both mattresses are pillow
topped and covered in 500 thread count sheets. We
have accentuated the room with sun blocker shades,
Bose wave radio/cd player, and flat panel TV (cable
included). Both bathrooms have marble top counters
and onyx sinks as well as rain showerheads. Our
kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances,
slate countertops, and a hardwood breakfast bar. Our
den is equipped with a futon, flat panel TV and DVD
player. Outside the balcony is the perfect wake me up
view overlooking the cenote and waterfall.

Owner pays for cleaning service three times during your one-week stay. You may pay for more frequent maid service, if you prefer.

overlooks a giant ficus tree, a beautiful stone pool and
deck area, and a magical cenote (spring-fed natural
well) and waterfall. Virtually every window has views of
lush tropical greenery. Hear exotic birds in the distance
-- the Xaman Ha Aviary, home to more than 30 species
of
native birds, is across the street. The MAR condos back
up to a wooded forest featuring protected Xaman-ha
Mayan
ruins. The marble floors shine, the artwork and
decorating enhance the elegant
feel, and the quality furnishings are unrivaled by rental
properties. Enjoy
flat panel TVs, Bose radio/cd players, a stereo system,
and a docking station for your i-pod. Spend your days

We have a property manager who will check you in and
help with local arrangements. We offer in-home

The finest attractions of the Cancun / Playa del Carmen
area are nearby.
Tulum, one of the best of the Mayan ruins(quoted a
"don't miss" by Fodor's), is just 35 miles away. It's a
ten-minute cab
ride to Xcaret, an ecological theme park on a gorgeous
stretch of coastline. Spend the day at Xcaret to enjoy
activities like the Paradise River Raft, oceanarium,
botanical gardens and a spectacular evening show.
Walk ten minutes from the condo to catch a ferry for
the 40-minute ride to the island of Cozumel. This
island is known for great snorkeling and diving, as well
as many beautiful beaches -- from
sandy, treeless stretches to remote coves and rocky
shores.
Playa and the Riviera Maya have numerous golf courses.
The beaches are stunning. Choose from a private beach
club (pay for the day and enjoy breakfast, lunch and
drinks), or the beautiful public beaches -- both are
walking distance from your condo. Or, take a short
drive to the beautiful beaches of Pamul or Akumal for
outstanding snorkeling and diving, or for
lunch and a day at the beach.
Our villa is a five-minute walk to famous Avenida
Cinco, which runs parallel to the beach. This colorful
cobblestone street is
alive with cafes, festive bars, restaurants (ranging from
casual to exotic), street peformers and artisan's shops.
