OUR RATES ARE $75 PER NIGHT DOUBLE OCCUPANCY FOR SMALL BEDROOM AND $100 PER NIGHT DOUBLE OCCUPANCY FOR THE LARGE BEDROOM.
FOR TOTAL PRIVACY TO RENT THE ENTIRE 2 BEDROOM APARTMENT INCLUDING LIVING ROOM & DINING ROOM WHICH CAN SLEEP AN ADDITIONAL 2 GUEST PLUS THE TERRACE AND PRIVATE PARKING SPACE IS $200 PER NIGHT. A ONE TIME CLEANING FEE OF $50 WILL BE CHARGED IF LESS THAN 5 NIGHTS ARE BOOKED FOR THE ENTIRE APARTMENT ONLY.
