Property Information
This is a Tennis Villa condo located in quiet, peaceful, quaint and family oriented Bethany Beach, Delaware. It offers unlimited leisure activities for all ages in a safe and secure setting. Sea Colony is a beautifully landscaped, year round recreational community with numerous facilities and activities listed below.
The Condo is in easy walking distance of the pools, beach, fitness center, walking and biking trails, numerous restaurants and shopping areas. There is also extensive tax free, outlet shopping nearby. A shuttle is available in the summer months for those who prefer not to walk or drive. The condo has a private deck that offers a serene view of the woods as well as a lovely duck pond that can be viewed from its front. Both bedrooms are very bright and spacious. The loft is a great setup for either children or couples.
