This lovely home is a splendid housing development full of light and space. An architecture complex under the influence of the minimalist school, invigorated by innovation. The interior decoration in the house is modern, simple and fresh: Italian porcelanat floors and Catalan vaulted ceilings in the bedrooms, modern furniture, walls and niches that give a touch of color and movement, light fixtures specially planned for each area, full length windows and skylights in the ceilings that bathe the surfaces with natural light and pulchritude sensation.
A triple height vaulted ceiling covers the entrance hall and the living room where you can enjoy the pleasant indoor garden. The dining room, located on a relaxing circular space offers an almost 360° view. The ample and functional kitchen is fully equipped including two granite cover isles and counter.
The comfortable and spacious master bedroom offers 2 walk-in closets, 2 full bathrooms, an inner Jacuzzi and a terrace ideal for meditation. It also has a Gym and a squash court. The house has security system and computer network installation and telephone switchboard with two lines. The garden and the spectacular swimming pool that surrounds the residence’s rear facade are flanked by trees which give security and privacy, without overlooking that the house is inside a professional 18 hole golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus and just few steps from the beach Club. The house includes some custom made built in furniture.

The first feeling that this house is something special strikes you as you round the corner and it come into full view. Perched at the end of the street with its massive half turret and cubist op-art exterior, Villa Aqua is more like a modern castle than a villa, complete with a mote-like swimming pool and wide lawn on its garden side.
An impossibly wide front door swings open to the great room, an expansive main living area that creates the illusion of being outdoors by means of its interior garden, high ceiling and curved glass wall. The windows cover the entire side of the room letting in filtered sunlight that casts a warm greenish glow on the interior. A free standing spiral stairway silhouetted against the light leads up to the second floor bridge. To fully enjoy this wonderful space there is a cosy living room by the interior garden facing the pool and lawn.
Much more inside and out The dining room has its own set of curved glass ceiling to floor windows and a large dining table that seats up to 10 people. Just off the dining room is the fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, two islands, stainless refrigerator and all the accessories. Another living room, this one sunken with a full wet bar, is on the opposite side of the kitchen and is a perfect place for entertaining or watching TV. A slider opens to the lawn and swimming pool. Outside, the lawn is the perfect compliment to the golf course that is just on the other side of some trees. There are hammocks available to string between trees. A large lawn play set for children is tucked away to one side. The pool sun deck is furnished with chaise lounges, dining table, chairs and a shade umbrella. The swimming pool follows the contours of the curved windows as you can see in the photo above. With almost 1900 sq. ft. of space there is plenty of wet fun for everyone. Next to the pool patio is the indoor squash court and gym, fully equipped with free weights, exercise equipment, mirror wall, life-cycle and more. It's like having your own private health club. The fitness devote in the family will be quite pleased.
The bedroom suites are simple and fresh, all in white with strategic halogen lighting and little decoration. The style is minimalist modern and compliments the architecture smartly rather than competing with it. There are two bedrooms downstairs and three on the upper level. Each has its own bathroom (two for the master bedroom) with hair dryers in each. Bedrooms also have TV and telephone. Three bedrooms have king beds, one has a king and single, another has 2 double beds that can be rolled together if desired. On the upper level is yet another living room with a large satellite TV and DVDs.
Also worthy of note are the Italian tile floors and vaulted or domed ceilings in the bedrooms, modern furniture with an organic flair, walls and niches that give a touch of colour and movement, strategic halogen lighting for each area, and an abundance of large windows and skylights that bathe the interior with cool filtered sunlight. The villa is fully air conditioned.
Plenty of staff is on hand so guests can totally relax and enjoy. There are two maids, one cook, one Concierge and one maintenance person. There are also two security safes for your valuables.
Villa Aqua has a privileged location. It is just few minutes walking distance to the beach and it is also very close to Playa del Carmen Downtown. A relaxing 10-15 minute walk will take you to “La 5ta Ave.” the heart of playa where you will find shopping, dinning and entertainment.
