Our self catering apartments have been awarded 4 stars by the German Tourist Association. They have also been given the `Country Holiday Certificate` by the DLG (German Farmer´s Society). Both certificates are a Guarantee for good quality and sophisticated Furnishings.
We offer 4 apartments occupancy from 2-4 persons. Each apartment has a double bedroom, (one apartment with 2 Bedroooms) a shower room, living room with/and kitchen. In the living room is a sofa bed where 2 furhter people can sleep.

Prices include final cleaning, bedding, towels, telephone, color satellite TV, spa fees, taxes, electricity and heating, etc. Minimum stay 3 days, by lodging less than 1 week we charge an addition of 5.- Euro/missing day. Deposit is 30% of total amount.
The basic cleaning has to be done by the guests prior to departure. (this includes dish and pot washing, cleaning the stove, vacuum cleaning, take off the bedding, basic toilet cleaning, refuse disposal in provided trash cans.)
In order to maintain the price on this low level we kindly request your cooperation. When you leave the appartments at the end of your stay, please check that you should leave the property as clean and tidy as you have found it. Should the property be found unclean or damaged upon your departure, it might be necessary to engage in outside cleaners, this service will then be further invoiced to you.
If you book 5 months in advance we offer a 5 % discount, 4 months in advance we offer 4 % discount!
We do not accept credit cards, the invoice is payable by check inn. If desired, an advanced payment is possible. In this case we prefer to pay by Paypal.
The house Berghof-Punzenlehen****, an old fief, is located 150km south-east of Munich and 25km west of the Mozart´s City of Salzburg (Austria) in Upper Bavaria, the southest province of Germany, between the Town Berchtesgaden and Ramsau, above the German Alpine route. The ideal location in the midst of the magnificent mountain landscape makes it a perfect starting point for lovely hikes and car tours.
The town Berchtesgaden and the Alpine National Park are situated around the mountain Watzmann and Lake Königssee and belong to the world´s leading holiday spots. Destinations such as Königsee, Obersalzberg-Eagles-Nest, Wimbach Gorge, Lake Hintersee and Jenner Cable Car, can all be reached in just minutes by car. The neighboring Salzburg province also offers countless day trips destinations. Mozart´s City of Salzburg is just 20 minutes away.
Coming by Autobahn from either Munich or Innsbruck, exit at Bad Reichenhall,
coming from Salzburg and Vienna, Autobahn exit Berchtesgaden (highway toll sticker).
A nice way to arrive is via the German Alpine Road (B 305).

Known the world over for its emerald green water and unique mountain landscape. Cruise silently across the lake on electric-powered boats and hear the famed Königssee echo. Continue on to the peninsula of St. Bartholomew with the unmistakable red onion domes atop its ancient pilgrimage church.
The National Park
The National Park's primary mission is to let nature take care of itself. This is why we intentionally abstain from human intervention in the heart of the protected area and nature's development is left to run its own course. Forests, for example, are allowed to grow old, decay and be reborn on their own. On the other hand the useable area can continue to serve traditional functions: summer grazing for cattle, as well as a fishery and boat traffic on Königssee. The development of unnatural spruce growths into a more typical mixed forest is assisted in the grooming area by the purposeful planting of beech and fir trees. If necessary, measures may be taken to combat the bark beetle (without the use of destructive products) so as to protect the commercially used forests neighboring the National Park. Environmental Education The native American Indian, Tatanga Mani, told the "white man": "I did not attend any of your higher schools, yet I went to the best university that exists: the great university out there in nature." In order to help you, too, experience the variety of nature in the National Park with all your senses, we have put together an extensive environmental program. Visitors' Information The main information center is the Nationalpark-Haus in Berchtesgaden. There, with the use of exhibits, films, a slide show, books and much more, you can find out all about the National Park. Other information points are located at the entrances to the National Park (Königssee, Wimbachbrücke, Klausbachtal), as well as at St. Bartholomew on Königssee. The Park service staff would be glad to be of help in the Park as well.
