Located on Mount Desert Island, home of Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor. On a quiet ocean cove. With dock perfect for launching kayaks and canoes. Fully equipped house with three bedrooms and 2 baths. Close to free public transportion for people and bicycles. The house is located on an ocean cove off Anns Point Road in West Tremont, on Mount Desert Island in Maine.
Living Area - The large floor plan includes a great room, dining area and kitchen.
Bedrooms and Baths - There are three bedrooms, the master with a queen bed and attached bath; one with a double bed; and the last with a trundle bed, pulling out to two twins. The second bath is next to the kitchen and has a shower stall.
Dock - Our dock is a perfect launching point for sea kayaking adventures. While there a great distance between the low and high tide lines, our dock has water half the time. Our cove is quite protected and is perfect for novice kayakers. A ten or fifteen minute paddle will take you out to the ocean, where several islands are within reach. Seals and other wildlife are a common sight.

The house comes with a TV, basic cable, a VCR and CD player. There is a propane heater in the great room. When seated in the great room, you can view the lawn, patio, and ocean cove. The table expands to seat six comfortably. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, flatware, glassware, pots and pans, a lobster pot, coffee maker, microwave, and toaster. A washer and dryer are off the kitchen.
