Abaco Sea Fan is a beautiful 2 bedroom home on Kid's Cove in the picturesque settlement of Guana Cay. The home has an unsurpassed view of the Sea of Abaco and magnificent sunset views every evening. Sit on the spacious screened porch, on either lower level, or upper level, enjoy your meal or a cool drink, and watch the boats drift by. It is a pleasant, short, tropical walk to the ocean beach, restaurants, and shoppes. Suitable for 2 adults (Upper Level only), or 4 maximum with Lower Level (Sea Biscuit). A non-smoking environment. No pets, please! You may rent upper level for $800/wk + $130 cleaning fee separately, or lower level, Sea Biscuit Apartment for $550/wk + $90 cleaning fee, or whole house for $1350/wk/4 persons + cleaning fee of $150.
Abaco Sea Biscuit is a the lower level of Sea Fan, a light and breezy spacious studio apartment, perfect for people who have rented Sea Fan, and wish to have guests visit them. Sea Biscuit is a brand new addition with two built-in twin "Bahama beds" and private bath. The kitchen is fully equipped for those wishing to do their own cooking. Guana Cay is a beautiful tropical island in the Abacos with a small, quiet settlement, 5 1/2 miles of white sandy beaches with excellent snorkeling! A lovely place to get away from it all. Non-commercialized, Guana Cay has a Guana Harbour Grocery, gift shops, a beverage shop, several restaurants, including Nippers Beach Bar & Grill and Guana Sea Side Village Inn. It is serviced by a ferry from Marsh Harbour that makes 3 round trips daily. Dive Guana offers a sunset cruise, scuba trip, snorkeling trip, or Little Harbour Adventure as well as bike, kayak and paddleboat rentals.
