The Hillside Estate was built on gorgeous property overlooking Kaneohe Bay and the Yacht Club. The two acre property includes 3 homes, garage parking, a pool and tennis court/basketball court. You are able to enjoy one of the best views on the island from most rooms and everywhere outside.
The Villa, Guest House and Terrace Home have a total of 9 bedrooms, 8 full baths and 2 half baths.
You can rent the entire estate or choose one of the three beautiful ocean view vacation homes, one for every budget.
The 5000 square foot Hillside Villa is a spectacular 5 bedroom executive home that can accommodate 10 guests (Additional people are $25 ea). There is a formal dining room, large (and quiet)living room, TV room and game room along with a huge kitchen for your enjoyment. There is room in the kitchen for everyone to help or hangout chatting. There is also a set of professional size grills.
The inside Game Room has Foosball, Kareoke and a table offering BumperPool, Poker or sit down eating. In fact there is seating for 12 inside and 12 outside on the Lanai of the Villa.
There are great views throughout the house, but your favorite view will probably be poolside. This is a wonderful setting for entertaining or for intimate gatherings.
The 650 square foot Hillside Guest House has 1 bedroom with a King size bed, 1 bath, and a futon in the living room accommodating 4 total.
The 1600 square foot Hillside Terrace (property #16846) has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6. The kitchen has been remodeled and the house is tastefully decorated with tropical style furniture throughout.
In addition to foosball, ping-pong, and air hockey in the outside game room, we also have tennis rackets and a basketball. We have everything you need for your trips to the beach: kayaks, boogie boards, skimmers, snorkel masks and fins, coolers, floats and a kite. We're just a 5 minute drive to Kailua Beach.

The 5 bedroom Villa rents for $725 with special pricing for short periods or last minute availability. The Terrace rents for $325 and the Guest House for $149 per night again with special pricing available.
Summer and Holidays pricing is higher.
