Cypress Breeze Guesthouse is becoming a family tradition for many of our vistors. It is located on one of the highest points overlooking the lake. We have a large yard with 100+ year old cypress trees on our waterfront, along with a boat slip,jet ski ramp and deck with comfortable chairs. Cypress Breeze has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. One bedroom has 2 queen size beds and a TV. The second bedroom has 2 double beds and a single size futon. The living room has a sleeper sofa in front of the fireplace, with a TV, stereo and DVD player. The living room has a sliding glass door opening onto a covered patio with a bbq grill and picnic table overlooking the lake. There is a full kitchen and dining area that seats 6. Laundry is on premises.
We are 5 minutes by boat or car from Ski Masters Waterski Camp. Book a ski boat and driver/instructor through them or other independent sources. Contact us for details. Play golf at The Bandit Golf Course, 5 minutes away and rated the #7 golf course in Texas by "Golf Week." New Braunfels, with its quaint German heritage and charm is 15 minutes away, along with Hisoric Gruene and Schlitterbahn Water Park. Seguin and Texas Lutheran University is also about 15 minutes away. San Marcos Outlet Malls is about 15 to 20 minutes away.

We have a full kitchen, laundry on premises, living room, dining area, covered patio overlooking the lake with terrific views of the lake and the centuries old cypress trees. We are 5 to 10 minutes by boat or car from Lake Breeze Ski Lodge or Ski Masters Water Ski
Camp. Our waterfront includes a boat slip and jet ski ramp on our wood deck underneath the biggest cypress tree you have ever seen!
Property Activities
Lake McQueeney is the water ski capitol of Texas. Bring your boat and jet skis. Hourly ski boat rentals with a driver are also available from Lake Breeze. Fishing is also very popular on the lake, especially in spring and fall when the skiers leave. We are 15 minutes from New Braunfels, where you can enjoy Schlitterbahn, Gruene and the quaint historical German heritage found there.
