Villa Serendipity is a gracious four bedroom villa on the paradise island of St.Lucia. Set on a hillside, about one hundred feet above the sea, Villa Serendipity is surrounded by an acre of mature tropical gardens. The spacious layout of the villa combined with the spectacular ocean view and the privacy of the large garden, makes this villa "simply idyllic".
Imagine sitting on the veranda of this Caribbean style villa, sipping a cocktail, bathed in the soft light of the setting sun. Darkness follows quickley in the Caribbean bringing with it nature's symphony. Just when you think that it can't possibly get any better, a majestic cruise liner, fully lit up glides out of the harbour presenting you with a vision of elegance and beauty. Christmas and New Year Bookings are not subject to the scale above. There is a small increase of 10% on the standard rate of US$595 (US$655) per night which applies. There is also a minimum booking of 10 nights.
April 16th to December 15th

* 7 to 8 persons US$440 per night
* Extra beds (2) US$20 (each) per night
Easter Bookings if in the period after April 15th are not subject to the scale above. The standard low season of US$440 will apply. If the booking is part high season and part low season, the high season rates apply up to April 15th.
Serendipity can accommodate two additional family members bringing the sleeping capacity to 10. This would mean that the extra twin beds in the sitting area of the ground floor suite would be used.

The housekeeper works six days a week (8.00 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.). Arrangements can be made for the housekeepers to work longer hours and on Sundays at the guest's expense. She will cook, wash the dishes and keep the villa tidy. There is an assistant housekeeper when necessary.
If guests arrive on the week end, the housekeeper will work over the week end at the owners cost.
The housekeeper is an excellent cook however if guests want to try alternative cuisine from the comfort of the villa, it is possible to book outside caterers to come in to the villa and put on truly exotic meals. This service is provided at very reasonable cost to the guests.
The manager of Villa Serendipity, Lisle Chase has lived in Saint Lucia for over fourty years and knows most people and can help to make your stay a serendipitous experience.
Villa Serendipity is ideally located at Vigie, within walking distance to Vigie beach. It is only ten to fifteen minutes drive(depending on trafic) from the main tourist strip where most of the night life takes place. The drive from Hewanorra Airport (European flights and some from North America)is one hour fifteen minutes. George F.L. Charles Airport is a short drive away.
Two of the best restaurants are within a seven minute drive and all the dive boats leave from a marina within the same location.
Total Relaxation:
The spacious pool deck is situated at the front of the villa, below the lower patio. The tropical vegetation affords a completely private setting. The atmosphere that has been created in this area is one of tranquility. You can soak up the sun that bathes the deck from 9a.m to 5p.m. or you can relax in the shade of the wicki-up that has been built on the deck and cool off in the pool.
Your total privacy is ensured once the majestic gates, mounted on stone columns, swing shut behind you on your way into the Villa compound. Your comfort is our priority.
Sleeping Accommodation
There are four airconditioned bedrooms, three of which are on the upper floor, all of which are also fitted with overhead fans. All windows are fitted with screens.
The master bedroom is large with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom. The bathroom is spacious with separate shower and bath. There is also a roomy walk-in closet.
The second bedroom is also large with a queen-size bed. The second bedroom shares a bathroom with the third bedroom.
The third bedroom has twin beds.
On the lower floor there is a suite with bedroom (Queen-size bed), living room (additional twin beds) and shower room. The bedroom is airconditioned. The living room of the suite now has airconditioning and an overhead fan. It opens onto the lower patio.
