This property has just be put on the market as a vacation rental. The home boasts a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the home plus a 1 bedroom, 1 bath detached granny flat. The granny flat is perfect for teenagers, nannies or grandparents.
The home's spacious backyard, which includes a kid's play structure, flowering tropical plants and delicious tangerine tree creates the prefect place for familys to spend a sunny afternoon together.
This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in the Birdrock community of La Jolla. This home is relaxing and peaceful with a large living room, open floor plan and hardwood floors throughout. The living room is fully equipped with a comfortable couches, television with full cable channels, a dvd player, working gas fireplace, and large sunny windows that look out into both the front and back yards.
The kitchen is complete with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. This home comes complete with all dishes, glassware, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, blender, as well as all kitchen utensils and small appliances necessary to prepare any meal.
The master bedroom has a king bed and its own private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, the third bedroom has two twin beds and the main bathroom is just off the hall between the second and third bedroom. All linens (sheets, pillows, blankets, bath towels, beach towels) are provided.
This home has a large sunny and quiet back yard. There is a spacious grassy area, a brick patio area with patio table and gas BBQ and a kid's play yard.
This home is a great place to spend your vacation and enjoy your stay in our beach neighborhood. We provide boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, bicycles and wagon to carry everything with you so that you can better enjoy the area the way locals do.
A full-size washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. There is off street parking in the driveway for two cars. In addition, you can order food and dairy products to be delivered to the home prior to your arrival. Your order will be charged to your credit card. To cancel or change your order, please contact us before 5pm PST the day prior to your arrival. For a complete list of items available, please contact us.
Additional Rate Information
$2,000/week or $335/night during the Winter (minimum 3 nights)
$2,200/week during Holiday Weeks
$3,000/week during the Summer - weekly basis from Saturday - Saturday only
**These rates do not include a 10.5% tax, cleaning fee or refundable security deposit
