We are located oceanfront, in the heart of the West Maui Resort Area. Halfway between Kaanapali and Kapalua and just 10 minutes from Lahaina Town, the old whaling village and historical Royal capital of Hawaii. Our condo comes complete with everything you need to make your vacation in paradise a thoroughly enjoyable experience.
We are foturnate to have the only private Tiki Terrace in West Maui. Extendng out over the waters'edge it comfortably accommodates 45 people. There is no doubt it is the favorite gathering spot each evening to watch the spectacular sunsets behind Lanai. If your timing is right you may even hear the trumpeting of the conch shell as the sun disappears from the horizon. The terrace is euiqpped with BBQ facilities and dining tables to enjoy a quiet dinner and watch the resident turles return from the day's adventures.
We offer over 2 acres of lush tropical foliage and direct access to the oceanfront. Ideal for snotkeling or dipping your toes in the water. A picture perfect setting for weddings, honeymoons and reunions.
Once you arrive all that is between you and the ocean is the pool. Just steps from your private lanai you can take a dip before you start you day or unwind at the end of an activity packed adventure. Enjoy breathtaking views of the ocean and Molokai from the comfort of the lanai while you relaz with your morning coffee or an afternoon Mai Tai.
Our one bedroom, one bath condo comes with all the amenities to make your time in paraise truly memorable. We provide Cable TV in the living room and bedroom, VCR, DVD, stero, king size bed in the bedroom and queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with glass top radiant range/over, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, all dishes and utensils. Beach equipment, cooler and even a sand pail or two for making sandcastles. All you have to pack is your toothbrush and swimsuit.
Be paepared to fall in love with the lush ssetting and Maui. You will lose your heart to the Islands and like many of our guests, want to return each year.

Spring/Summer - If you prefer to book for the spring or summer months the rental rates from April 15th to December 14th, 2006 are from $135.00 per night.
Winter Rates - Maui oceanfront condo rentals from December 15,2006 to April 14, 2007 are from $175.00 per night.
We proudly accept VISA and Master Card.
*Higher rates will apply at certain holidays and times of the year.
An additional $10 per person per night will apply to the rate for our Maui Oceanfront condos if more than two guests will be staying in the 1 BR.
A one time cleaning fee of $100.00 will apply.
Hawaii State Taxes of 11.42% will be added to the condo rental rates.
Reserve winter vacation dates now and save. Discounts available on monthly rentals. We encourage you to call for availability of last minute cancellation specials.
We request a $300 deposit at the time you book the condo and the balance paid in full 45 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date receive a full refund less a $50.00 cancellation charge. A 50% cancell Fee applies to cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

We provide a full Kitchen, Cable TV/VCR, Stereo, beach equipment and even a sand pail or two. There is a heated swimming pool (we don't supply the wind-surfer), oceanfront deck with BBQ facilities and dining area. Rent the unit that is best suited to your needs, or for larger parties rent both units.

Set out for a day trip to experience the sights, sounds and culture unique to Maui and Hawaii. Some of the best whale watching in Hawaii can be experienced from the Tiki Deck or take the whole gang on a whale watching tour. Honeymoon couples will thrill at our secluded beach, exotic flowers and birds. Vacations in Maui are always memorable!
Most Maui vacations involve beaches, and there are over 42 miles of beach on the island. Kapalua Bay Beach one of the most beautiful beaches in Hawaii and recently voted one of the 10 Best Beaches in the World is just 5 minutes from away. Others like the Black Sand Beach at Wai’anapanapa State Park are not as close but well worth the trip. Just off the Hana Highway it is a definite Hawaii must see.
Another “Hawaii must-see”, the Road to Hana is perhaps one of the most spectacular drives on earth. Full of hairpin turns and one-lane bridges you will encounter waterfalls, a rainforest with "Rainbow" Eucalyptus Trees and a 100-year-old church made of Coral. The end of the drive is topped off at the Seven Sacred Pools at Oheo Gulch and for the Aviation history buff the final resting place of Charles Lindbergh is a short drive beyond the Pools at Palapala Hoomau Church.
Haleakala, the largest dormant volcano in the world is in Hawaii. Located in the Haleakala National Park on East Maui, the summit, at 10,000 feet above sea-level, provides an awesome view of the sunrise, and the twin peaks of Mauna Loa and Mauna Kea on the Big Island of Hawaii. While you're there be sure to stop at the Visitors Center and find out how the Ancient Hawaiian Maui lassoed the sun to slow it down.
On Site or Nearby - For the golfers our rental condos are located equal-distant from the championship courses at Kapalua and Kaanapali. These great courses are just 5 minutes in either direction. Snorkeling, diving, sailing, whale watching, deep-sea fishing, horseback riding, windsurfing and many other family vacation activities and exciting holiday excursions can be arranged for your enjoyment.
Restaurants - Maui is truly a gourmet paradise. From David Paul's, Kimo's and Longhi's in LaHaina, Roy's in Kahana Ridge (walking distance from the Condo) to Mama's Fish House at Hookiipa State Park there is something for everyone. For a casual lunch or dining experience, the Rusty Harpoon at Whalers Village is a great place to stop.
Of course you can't go to Maui and not experience a Luau. There are several to choose from but we have found the most authentic to be the Old LaHaina Luau located ocean-side behind the Cannery Mall.
