Pool*, Children Welcome. Villa Sky (SKY/SKI) is one of the most spacious, comfortable houses in St. Barths. Relax with afternoon tea or cocktails and enjoy the expansive views of the northwest coastline and the sea towards St. Martin and Anguilla, or watch the sun set over the ocean. Located centrally in Petite Saline, Villa Sky is quiet yet convenient to beaches, bakeries, grocery stores, and restaurants. With 4 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, the house is perfect for both couples and families.
Currently under new ownership SKY has gone through a complete transformation and now benefits from multiple enhancements. French Indies Design, the leading interior decorating firm on St. Barths, was commissioned to redecorate all eight rooms in the house. This includes vibrant Caribbean colors and Parisian fabrics with new slipcovers on couches and chairs in nearly every room, new curtains including the four ensuite bathrooms, as well as new rugs to brighten all rooms. All eight rooms have been repainted. While the overall color of the rooms are white, French Indies Design has applied a special technique that marks their unique style to color coordinate one or two of the walls in five of the rooms to reflect the St. Barths experience. Furniture, original artwork and prints have been imported from the US only accentuate the décor.
Outdoors there are now two large living areas. One on the deep covered deck outside the master bedroom and the second off the living room. Now with a matching set of natural colored synthetic wicker furniture from Lane Venture with deep comfortable cushions including a three person couch, two large easy chairs each with ottoman, a large chaise lounge, coffee table and end tables, and an oval six person table and chairs. This new table is an intimate alternative to the beautiful picnic table that can seat 20 people.
The 44-foot swimming pool is one of the largest on the island. 36 feet are available for swimming laps with the remaining 8 feet provide a gradual transition into the pool or a wading pool for small children. Cocktails can be enjoyed from a ledge inside the pool facing the view. For families with small children the downstairs pool area can be closed off from the upstairs area by a gate. Also there is a portable fence that can be put around the pool very quickly by the mangers in minutes.
No need to join a health club during your stay. If the heated 44-foot pool is not enough, you can maintain your hard-earned conditioning with our brand new exercise room. This room has sliding glass doors and screens on all four sides taking full advantage of the spectacular view. There is air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, and 20 inch LCD television. The equipment includes: Life Fitness 9500 HR treadmill (Model found in most health clubs), Semi-recumbent bicycle with heart monitor, Concept II rowing machine, Incline/Decline bench with 5 - 50 pound dumbbells, exercise mats and ball.

Bedroom 03 - Air Conditioning , Bathrobes, CD Player, Ceiling Fan, Ensuite Bath , Hairdryer, In-room Safe, King Size Bed This bedroom competes with the master. On lower level by the pool and decorated with bright blue colors. Sliding glass doors to the view.
Bedroom 04 - Air Conditioning , Bathrobes, CD Player, Ceiling Fan, Ensuite Bath , Hairdryer, In-room Safe, Queen Size Bed On lower level by the pool. Smaller than bedroom #3. The combination of the enhanced views and bright yellow décor will attract a 3rd or 4th couple.

An indoor dining room with large table and chairs for 8 and outdoors a large picnic table that can seat 20, a smaller table for 6 and a bistro table. Garden - Entry way has very nice gardens. Gym - New exercise room w/treadmill, semi-recumbent bicycle, rowing machine, incline/decline bench w/dumbbells and exercise mats/balls.
Kitchen - Air Conditioning, Barbecue Grill , Blender , Ceiling Fan , Coffee Maker , Dishwasher , Icemaker, Microwave , Screens , Toaster, Very well-equipped gourmet kitchen.
Living Room - Ceiling Fan , Screens, Large indoor living room with 4 comfortable couches and a big easy chair to enjoy the view. The colors used are found in the lion mosaic on the floor.
