Pool*, No Children. Villa Au Soleil (WAH) is located on the top of the hill in Lurin with panoramic views over the island. Truly a spectacular spot on the island with an incredible view over the life of St Barts and the endless ocean and sky. Easy access and convenient location, just a few minutes drive to Gustavia or to the beach. Built on one level, private and functional, the villa is a true little paradise for peace and quiet. The villa has been built in semi circle design, enabling all of the rooms to open on to the view. The gardens are located to the back of the villa and are lush with a mix of tropical and Japanese plantings. There is a lily pond which runs in to a waterfall. The lily pond surrounds a gazebo that has a view over the pool and ocean. All the bedrooms have a private terrace and open on the view, ensuite bathroom with outside showers. The living room, TV room and dining room are situated in the center of the villa, opening on to deck and pool. The pool is rectangular and on two levels with a smaller pool overflowing into the main pool. The villa offers many areas to relax and enjoy the breathtaking view. There are caretakers on the property who live under the villa, with there own private entrance.

Garden - Lush tropical and Japanese gardens. A lawn surrounds the gazebo.
Gazebo - The gazebo is in the heart of the garden. Large and comfortable with wooden louvers, sofas. A flat screen TV with satellite.
Kitchen - Blender, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Icemaker, Microwave, Toaster. A large gourmet kitchen. A chef's dream with a touch of Provence. Light green patina cabinets and marble worktops.
Living Room - A large living room with terracotta tile floor and comfortable/colorful furniture. Opens on to the pool and gorgeous view of St. Jean.
Pool - A small pool that cascades down into a larger infinity pool. Steps lead into the pools on both sides. A great place to relax and enjoy the view.
Terrace - The covered terrace with terracotta floor surrounds the villa. Lots of lounge chairs and shaded areas. There is a wooden sun deck around the pool.
TV Room - A part of the living room is a TV Room (like a private den). Flat screen satellite TV, DVD, and stereo system. Large comfortable sofas.
