Our designer-decorated and spacious one-story home sits on one third of an acre, just a few blocks to Casey Key Beach, a place recently named one of the most pristine beaches on the Gulf Coast.
We used an award-winning interior designer to create a casual, yet elegant Florida experience in this 1500 sq. ft., professionally landscaped, two bedroom/two bath home on a quiet, private street only 250 feet from Sarasota Bay.
What you’ll find here - Begin your day in a sunny, eat-in kitchen with breakfast bar. Enjoy the end of the day in our large living or dining room - seats eight, or sipping a glass of wine on the two-tiered, Spanish-tiled deck.
Our large, screened-in Lanai porch offers a TV to catch your favorite sporting event in privacy from the rest of the house. If you must work while you’re in Florida or can’t imagine a day without e-mail we offer a comfortable home office with wireless Internet access and a USB printer.
The Master Suite includes a private bath with shower, queen-size bed and walk-in closet. The second bedroom also features a queen-sized bed and an adjacent full bath with tub and shower. Both bedrooms feature new carpeting.
The 24’ x 24’ Lanai offers a sunny view of the large backyard and also includes two twin beds for your visiting guests. Our vacation retreat offers a one-car garage, boat storage and a separate laundry room with washer/dryer.
Let the Fun Begin - Enjoy romantic sunsets at nearby Nokomis Beach. And don’t miss the "Sunset Drum Cycle" ceremony there on Wednesday and Saturday nights. Your own drum is optional.
See Old Florida at its best with a walk or bike ride on Casey Key, a beautiful barrier island of white sand and no high rises. The nearby public beaches also offer ample free parking.
Sarasota, the "Cultural" capital of Florida, is only a ten-minute drive and features the Sarasota Ballet and Opera, the Ringling Museum and Art School, Spring workouts for both major and minor league baseball teams and all the shopping and entertainment venues you could ever want.
In case you crave fresh adventure - Stay at 555 Bob Hope Drive in Nokomis and Disney World, Tampa and Busch Gardens, Boca Grande, Sanibel/Captiva and Naples are easy day trips.
