Property Information
Pool*, No Children. Costa Lotta (GAN) is a superb villa with many amenities. The interior design combines both antiques & modern furniture w/ granite floors throughout. There is a separate wood paneled den off the living room. Large wooden deck surrounds pool area with views to mountain and ocean. Twelve arched doorways open to large covered terrace with lovely plantings surrounding the villa. Fully air-conditioned. The tiled 65-foot long heated pool ($425 per week for the heat) has steps at one end. This villa is both very private and extremely deluxe. The kitchen is very European in design and perfect for the gourmet! The covered terrace wraps around the villa and is furnished in overstuffed rattan with views of the pool and the ocean beyond. Wonderful artwork throughout. The pool can be heated, but clients have to pay extra for this amenity.
