Welcome to Shipwatch Cottages - your Lake Erie beach shore destination. Shipwatch Cottages are an ideal vacation spot for groups of four up to 63. The cottages
have waterfront views, private beach access, and are completely furnished with everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We are located in the heart
of Madison-on-the-Lake within walking distance to a park with picnic pavilions and a playground, a mini-golf course, laundry facility, and several terrific restaurants.
OUR LOCATION IS IDEAL!
We are located on the Shores of Lake Erie at Madison-on-the-Lake, Ohio. We’re 5 minutes from Geneva-on-the Lake and its famous “Strip” and 40 minutes from
Cleveland with its wealth of museums (including the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame) as well as many other attractions. Golf enthusiasts will love the beautiful Erie
Shores 18 hole golf course, part of Lake County’s famous Lake Metropark System for a day at the links.
Nearby is the Ohio Department of Natural Resources’ 367 slip marina that offers charter fishing excursions. Imagine a delicious dinner of fresh-catch Lake Erie
perch and walleye! Lake and Ashtabula counties offer some of the best award-winning wines made in the United States and the 12 nearby wineries are the perfect place for a relaxing summer evening visit.

Calendonia - sleeps up to 16 ............ $2500/week.
Somers - sleeps up to 12 ................ $1300/week.
Scorpion or Porcupine - sleeps up to 4 .. $ 900/week.
Trippe - sleeps up to 6 ................. $1300/week.
Tigress - sleeps up to 4 ................ $1000/week.
Ariel - sleeps up to 16 ................. $1700/week.

Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change
without notice.
MAKING RESERVATIONS
A Reservation Deposit equal to one-third (1/3) of the
total rental cost is due in order to reserve your cottage
(s). Cottages are considered available until this deposit
is received. Should you need to cancel your reservation
30 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival, your
Reservation Deposit will be returned less a $50 fee. If
cancellation is 29 days or fewer from your arrival date,
the Reservation Deposit is non-refundable. A $50
Security Deposit is also required when you make your
reservation. The Security Deposit will be refunded
within 10 days of checkout if the cottage is in clean
condition and inventory is present and in good
condition.
The balance of the rental cost is due on or before
arrival. Please collect money from your entire party and
submit in one payment. Make checks payable to
Shipwatch Cottages.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Weekly rental is from Sunday to Sunday. Check-in is
after 3:00 pm. Check-out is before 10:00 am.
Half of our cottages are pet-friendly. Please review
descriptions of each cottage to find a fit for you.
