This 1500-square-foot, brand-new, luxury condominium is located in an exclusive, gated community just 45 minutes from Cancun. Playa del Carmen is the fastest growing tourist destination in Latin America. At our condo, you are only a short walk from paradise... the blue Caribbean Ocean and the incredible white sandy beaches. You can use your VIP card at the Reef Club Beach Resort to enjoy the beach access, gym, beach lounge chairs, child care with activities, two swimming pools, and a discount on all inclusive meals and drinks. Other condominiums are available for rent in the Chac-Ha complex to accommodate large groups.
You will enjoy your little touch of paradise in the morning as you have a relaxing cup of coffee in the comfort of your own private and recently remodeled patio, while listening to the sounds of tropical birds and watching the golfers tee off from the first tee of the famous Robert Von Hagge, 18-hole, championship, golf course.
You can spend your day in paradise at the beach, playing golf, snorkeling at Cozumel, exploring the Mayan Ruins, jungle tours, horseback riding, or enjoying one of the Eco-parks of Xel Ha and Xcaret.
Evenings in this paradise setting are just as exciting, by taking a 15-minute walk past Mayan Ruins you will be in the center of town where all the action is. You can take advantage of the dozens of excellent and inexpensive restaurants and bars on Playa del Carmen's popular Quinta Avenida (Fifth Avenue) - always an adventure in itself. You can spend hours eating, drinking, listening to music, and people watching.

What makes my condo different from the other condo rentals? I love mine!! When you come to my condo for your vacation I want it to be so wonderful that you don’t want your vacation to end and that you will always want to come back.
I am always doing something to improve my condo. Here are just some of the improvements I have made in the recent months. I have upgraded to digital thermostats, making it easy to read and set the temperature. The kitchen dishes have been replaced with colorful Fiesta Ware to add to the kitchen’s Mexican chili pepper theme. I replaced the ceiling fans with new tropical fans, adding great appeal and better circulation. I purchased a brand new VHS/DVD combo player. The twin beds now have the therapeutic foam mattress pads to ensure a very comfortable nights sleep. I replaced the hot water heater to make sure my guests have plenty of hot water. All the marble floors throughout the condo have been repaired and freshly polished. The patio furniture is authentic Mexican whicker furniture and a marble tabletop. I also created a wonderful shell frame that took me many hours to make in the blue fish decorated bathroom.
One of the most important advantages of renting my condo is the fact I have an absolutely wonderful property manager named Carmen Diaz. Carmen lives and works in Playa del Carmen. She has a dedicated staff so if there is ever anything you need she is only a phone call away.
I’ve spend countless hours furnishing and decorating my condo with unusual and quality Mexican furniture, artwork and crafts. It’s been a labor of love and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. If you truly want to enjoy a touch of Paraside - then give me a call!
