The Lake George/Saratoga Region offers some of the most beautiful scenery in all of New York State. With numerous lakes just minutes away from the Adirondack Mountains, there is an endless array of homes, camps and bungalows from which to choose.
If you are interested in living by water, then a short drive from Saratoga Springs will bring you to: Saratoga Lake, Lake Lonely, Summit Lake, Lake George, Lake Desolation, The Great Sacandaga Lake, Cossayuna Lake and the Hudson River.
Interested in skiing? This area has world class cross-country and down hill skiing. A short drive will bring a skier to ski centers in the Adirondack Mountains of New York, The Greene Mountains in Vermont and the Berkshires of Massachusetts.
There are family ski centers as well as Olympic training facilities including: Whiteface, Gore, West Mountain, Jiminy Peak, and Okemo.
