"L'étoile" is an adorable exclusive building with only 4 apartments. It is a typical art deco building with pastel colors.The building is located in a very quiet street a 1 minute walk from Lincoln Road and 5 minutes from the Beach. It is a 2 story building with 2 apartments per floor, one 2 bedroom and three 1 bedroom apartment. Apartments are full of charm with chimneys; top units have beautiful wooden beams, high ceilings. The building is secured with fences and an intercom system. Three parking spots are available within the property, first come first served; arrangements need to be made with the office to reserve 1 parking spot. Residents of "L'étoile" have access to a large and wonderful garden and a superb brand new built pool equipped with patio furniture to enjoy Miami's delightful morning and late afternoon.
