Our immaculate, sunny, 3 bedroom/2 bath home is is situated on an oversized, treed lot in the beautiful beach community of Giant's Neck Heights in Niantic, Connecticut. The fenced-in back yard is ideal for families with children and our neighborhood is quiet and safe, a great place for a leisurely stroll or a game of basketball or tennis - the courts are right across the street). But what is especially attractive about our home is its nearness to one of Connecticut's most sought after beaches - Rocky Neck State Beach. You will have access to our private beach area where you will find the water calm and seashells plentiful. For those "off-beach" days there still is plenty to see and do: Mystic Seaport and Aquarium, Olde Mistick Village, Stonington Vineyards, Mohegan Sun Casino, Foxwoods Casino, United States Coast Guard Academy, The Spa at Norwich Inn, Essex Steam Train, Children's Museum (and more) - No wonder why the Connecticut Shoreline is still one of the countries best vacation spots!
