Property Information
Villa Kyody (KDY) is a very attractive South American style villa located on the Marigot hillside. It has lovely views over Grand Cul de Sac, Tortue Island and the ocean. Recently renovated both inside and outside. A pool and wooden deck blend in perfectly with the landscaping. Arched doors and windows are found throughout the property and all rooms have a pretty view, whether over the sea, the pool or the patio. The large living room is in the center of the villa with a pretty rustic kitchen and separate dining room on one side. Doors open from the living room onto a sunning terrace, which then becomes the pool deck. The dining room opens onto a charming cobbled stone back patio and wooden deck nestled in the garden. The area is furnished for outside dining and relaxing. A perfect villa for that well deserved holiday.

The first of two master bedrooms on the main floor - modern and sleek, opens to terrace. This bedroom has access from the hallway off the living room.

A second master bedroom. Steps from the hallway lead up to the bedroom with views over the sea, pool terrace and back patio. Tub in bathroom.
Dining Room
Inside dining area with large round table and new china cabient w/ great dishes and glasses.
Game Room
This is a separate kids TV/VCR/Game room. This room can be used as a 3rd bedroom for children. There is a small single bed.
Garden
Mature tropical gardens with very nice lighting.
Kitchen
Blender, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Icemaker, Microwave
Well equipped kitchen with gas stove.
Living Room
The living room is very comfortable with beige fabrics and new lighting system. Opens onto terrace.
Pool
Charming "hand-cut slate" pool area surrounded by a wooden deck and tiled terrace. All new teak chaise lounge chairs for the 2006 season.
Terrace
Large deck around the pool - back by a traditional stone wall and the rocky hillside. Teak dining table and chairs.
