Property Information
Gouvinia (SIG) is a very deluxe property on 7.5 acres of land w/ beautiful views overlooking Gouverneur Beach, the ocean, Nevis and St. Kitts on a clear day. The house is very private and all on one level with the exception of the heated pool, which is located below after going down a few stone steps. There are two equal master suites with large double vanity in the bathroom and a small, pleasant third bedroom located in the back. The master bedrooms are on either side of the villa offering total privacy. The kitchen is gourmet and the property has all amenities for the perfect vacation. Gouverneur Beach is a quick 2 minute drive down the hill.
Gouvinia can be rented as as 2 or 3 bedroom villa. Please ask a reservations agent for details.
Gouvinia has a caretaker who lives in a separate house on the property.
SPECIAL NOTE: this villa rents for the list price over Thanksgiving, there are no breakdown rates.

This bedroom is situated at the opposite side of house for privacy. A 4-poster bed with mosquito netting . Ocean views.
Bedroom 03

This bedroom is behind the office to the left of the living room. The beds can be pushed together to make a king. Available with 3 bedroom rate.
Dining Room
Two dining areas: on in the ktichen and one outside on the covered terrace. There is a table with enough seating for 10-12 people.
Kitchen
Blender , Ceiling Fan , Coffee Maker , Dishwasher , Icemaker, Microwave , Toaster
A well-equipped gourmet kitchen with breakfast nook. The kitchen opens onto a lily pond, ocean view and living room.
Living Room
Very spacious living room with fabulous views. Decorated in yellow and orange with beautiful colored marble floors.
Pool
On lower level a heated Kidney shaped pool tile with marble. There is a terrace and an adjacent gazebo with BBQ- view directly over Gouverneur.
Study
Study/office that is quite large with telephone/fax and ADSL Internet. Perfect for those who can extend their stay by attending to business.

Several terraces all tiled in marble with beautiful surrounding gardens.
