Villa Captiva (WYB) is a truly sumptuous villa located on Marigot Bay with its own private mooring quay and views over the cove where there are a few boats moored. The large pool gives the impression that it is overflowing into the sea. There are extensive gardens with different sitting areas and a covered Indonesian gazebo. There are two bedrooms that are situated on each side, one in the main house and the other a lower level, equipped with a kitchenette. Very large living room with elegant & very comfortable furniture of the highest quality. There is a mezzanine above the living room with full audio/video equipment and a library. A beautiful villa in a private paradise location.
SPECIAL NOTE: Over the Thanksgiving week the rate is $15,510.00 per week.

Bedroom 01
2 Queen Beds, Air Conditioning, Ceiling Fan, Ensuite Bath
A very large master bedroom with yellow, turquoise & pink fabrics, along w/ a large shower. There is a small kitchen w/ private terrace & balcony.
Bedroom 02
Air Conditioning, Ensuite Bath, King Size Bed
Situated in the main house decorated in very pretty pastel colors. There is a wonderful ensuite bath.
Dining Room
There are 3 dining areas; an inside table that seats 6, a large wooden table by the pool that overlooks the ocean & a shady area w/ BBQ in the garden.
Garden
Large tropical garden which lead down to a private jetty - suitable for ocean swimming.
Gazebo
The gazebo is from Thailand and set in private part of the garden.
Kitchen
Blender, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Toaster
Very well equipped kitchen that opens to the living room.
Library
The library is in the mezzanine with TV and DVD. This room can be used as a large living area.
Living Room
Very large living room with white & pink sofas.
Pool
A large heated infinity pool (winter only) that is located directly off the living area.
Terrace
The terrace surrounds the villa.
