Renters say it's a "fun Unit"! This townhome features mountain views and decks off both the great room and the bedrooms. Watch the narrow gauge train coast by on the way to Silverton. Play tennis or have a barbecue on our grill - and enjoy the tranquality of the San Juan Forest behind us and the Animas Valley views.
The unit has an illuminated kitchen ceiling, and every amenity down to the coffeebean grinder, spices, and large and small coolers.
Come and enjoy eveything the Durango area has to offer. You'll be close by to outfitters, horseback riding, rafting, jeep tour trips to ghost towns, fishing, hiking, and biking in the summer. Enjoy a winter wonderland with skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, and ice skating in the winter. Hot springs, deserts, and serious mountains are at your doorstep.

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation 30 days out will result in $100 security deposit forfeited. Cancellation with-in 30 days will be refunded for any rebooked dates less deposit. If not re-booked, 1/2 of rental amount will be forfeited.

$100 security deposit to hold rental and act as damage deposit. Security deposit is refunded upon return of keys providing the unit is left in good condition
