Beautiful 4+ Bedroom Beach House with Charleston and West Indies Charm - Located in the Private, Gated Beach Community of Ocean Point.
Experience an atmosphere of freshly painted and furnished rooms, in soothing and sophisticated beach tones. Enjoy gorgeous views of the lagoon that sits just behind the home, (partial ocean views from the home's corner decks), and extremely convenient beach access, (beach access path is approximately 100 yards from the front door. 22 Ocean Point offers closer, more convenient beach access than many "direct oceanfront" homes).
Sleeping accommodations: Master - King. Second Bedroom - Queen. Third Bedroom - Queen. Fourth Bedroom - 2 Twins. + There is an additional room with 2 trundle beds on the main living level, (please see photograph). Each of the bedrooms has private, integral access to its bathroom. * Maximum occupancy of 10 people.
Wireless High-speed internet connectivity provided.
Enjoy complimentary access to Ocean Point's private pool, jacuzzi and pavilion area, perhaps the most tranquil and beautiful pool area in Wild Dunes.
In addition, a Wild Dune's SportsCard has been purchased, enabling our guests to enjoy the full range of resort amenities, including access to the Tennis Center, the Island Adventures Recreational Programs, the pool at the Sports Pavilion and the Grand Pavilion, for modest fees.
