Casa Catalina sits high on top of a hill overlooking Playa Grande to the north and Playa Tamarindo to the south. This 2 bedroom/2-bath villa is roomy with high ceilings. The fully equipped kitchen opens to the living room area where you have full view of the Infiniti pool and the beach at Grande. The patio is spacious but cozy as the casa enfolds around it. A built in grill is adjacent to the patio so cooking out has never been easier or more enjoyable. And if you get too hot you can always cool off in the sparkling Infiniti pool while the kabobs are grilling…need we say more? The living room area opens to the patio where a refreshing breeze brings in the sounds of the ocean. Just sit back & listen to music or watch your favorite TV on the cable network. Down the hall from the living area are two bedrooms and a den with queen sofa sleeper. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a private bath with shower. A/C is available in the room for a cooler night’s sleep. The second bedroom has a queen bed with bath and A/C. In the den you’ll find a sleeper sofa, A/C, and a sliding glass door that allows for access to the pool. A gardener/guard lives on site in a casita in front of the house. There is daily maid service. Casa Catalina is the perfect ‘get-away’, leisure activity or personal sabbatical. Just minutes from town or the beach, this hilltop treasure is one of the best-kept secrets in Tamarindo.
