Affordable Beach House in Costa Rica
Many places will say or advertise they are beach front, and then when you get there you find that it really means they are only within walking distance of the beach. This vacation retreat is RIGHT ON THE BEACH, just where you want to be!
This is a little rustic, Costa Rican/Caribbean style home, but with a difference. It has all the amenities of home, including semi-high-speed internet (128k ISDN) for your laptop computer, Cable TV and local phone service.

Rates are based on whole house and not by number of people. House can sleep 7 people comfortably.

Christmas and Easter is $100 / night
Above rates quoted in US dollars include applicable taxes and all utilities. Reservations can be made by direct deposit into Canadian, American or Costa Rica Bank account or over the internet via PayPal which also accepts Visa Mastercard.
We have a cancelation policy of refunding 75% deposit as long as I can re-rent your time block. If notice is given well in advance, this is not usually too much problem as the house rents well.

The kitchen is fully equipped including gas stove and oven, refrigerator, blender, toaster, coffee maker, electric frying pan, microwave oven, dishes, and utensils. Sheets and towels are provided.
Also included is a CD player, fans, and screened windows, hot showers and a washing machine for clothes. There is parking space for 2 cars. Everything you need to enjoy your stay.
The house is very safe and secure, and has an extra-secure lock-up area inside to keep valuables or other items that you might need to store. It is located on a quiet road just north of the town, close enough to walk to the stores, shops, and restaurants, but far enough that you don’t hear the nightlife when you’re ready to call it a night.
