This top floor 1100 square feet gulfside condo is located in the beautiful Miramar Beach area on Old 98. Near the famous restaurant Captain Dave's. Spectacular gulf view from your large balcony.
Master bedroom with king size, pillow top, serta perfect sleeper mattress. Luxury linens. The master suite offers a full size dresser, 20" flat screen TV, DVD player, telephone, CD-clock alarm radio. Large Master bathroom with oversized vanity and storage space.
Bunk area with two twin bunks, small dresser with hanging space, 13" television. Second large bathroom is located just off the bunk area.
Plenty of extra linens and pillows! Washer and Dryer in unit.
The living area has a pull out sofa sleeper and a pullout twin chair sleeper. Sleeps three extra guests. 10 foot ceilings with large sliding glass doors to the large balcony and view of the gulf. 32" digital widescreen LCD TV. DVD player, Digital CD player.
Upgraded kitchen, granite counter tops with stainless steel appliances and pantry. Fully stocked! Dishes, cookware, electric can opener, blender, coffee maker and full size refrigerator. Additional telephone also in kitchen with answering machine.
I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Extra pape towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. I even provide a few board games, books, movies and game stick for the kids. I also provide 6 beach towels. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes.
Graco pack and play available upon request for a baby if needed.
This is a private complex with only 64 units and five floors. Next to Maravilla Resort, Beach Retreat and Captain Dave's restaurant. A short walk to private 300' of deeded beach. The pool is fantastic! 4000 square feet multilevel with infinity edge, kids 0 entry walk in area with mushroom waterfall play area, adult water bench area. Lush landscaping, hot tub and vast sunning decks with loungers, chairs, tables and umbrellas. Grilling area also!
Beach service included in rent (two chairs and a umbrella) March through October.
