With easy access to both the Escambia River and the Gulf of Mexico it is a fisherman's dream come true. Watch schools of Dolphins from the panoramic Florida room or the 3rd story sun deck. All bedrooms have full glass fronts so you can see the beautiful sunrises over the water. Each of the 3 floors can be used as apartments for multiple families. With 2 home theaters, a full game room with billiards, and TVs in every room evening entertainment is right where you are. This is a brand new home and a sight to behold. With an elevator and plenty of room for extra sleepers you could accommodate as many as you like... just let us know and we can help coordinate the sleeping arrangements.
