Extra large 1 Bedroom 1 Bath duplex almost 900 square feet; completely remodelled unit.
Master bedroom has King size bed with luxury linens, down comforter, wall mounted flat screen TV with DVD, 8 foot sliding doors that open completely to a screen-in patio room.
Bathroom has Italian marble on the counter and surrounding the jacuzzi tub in one unit and tub with new 18" tile in the other. New cabinets.
Living Room is large with 8 foot sliding glass doors that open to a screened patio, other end opens to the kitchen which also has 8 ft sliding glass doors that open to another screened patio. You get a wonderful breeze when you open both ends. 42 inch wall mounted flat screen TV in one unit and a 32" TV in the other, DVD, cable, new furniture, 9 piece sectional which can be arranged for additional sleeping.
Kitchen has all new cabinets and top end appliances, stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator with Ice maker, 18 inch tile and concrete counter tops.
There are 2 lanai; one on each end of the unit, one on the back opens to the bedroom and Living Room and has a large Bar B Q grill for cooking. The other one is on the front and has very comfortable seating for relaxing.
The beach is a 2-minute walk, private beach access. Close to shopping, dining, sports, activities and theater.
