This luxury rental is located in the private community of Palo Alto, Playa Hermosa, Guanacaste. It is a short 25 minute drive from Liberia's International Airport presently serviced by both charter and commercial flights. The home overlooks the bay of Hermosa Beach, a short drive or walk from the house.
The 2700 square foot house has three bedrooms, two with queen beds and the third with twins. There are two and a half baths, the master has a sunken tub and the other bath a full shower stall with bench seat. Furniture is custom made rattan. There is handmade wood throughout; all doors and cabinets, as well as the ceilings of the Great Room, covered patio, entryway and the Sunken Rancho poolbar. There is a large one car garage with remote opener. The kitchen has all the modern appliances. The house has a mini-split air conditioning system and ceiling fans in all rooms except the baths.
The private backyard includes a covered 30 x 12 foot tiled floored patio with two ceiling fans. There is a brick charcoal grill. The pool is the centerpiece of the home. It has a infinity edge; beach entrance, jacuzzi with built in bench and three swim up barstools. The Rancho is sunken with; wetbar, refrigerator, countertop, four full-size barstools and a tiled bartop (opposite the in water stools). This area is sunken so the both in and out of water stools are on the same level. The Rancho has recessed lighting as well as a ceiling fan with lights. There is a half bathroom on the other side of the bar as well as of fully tiled outdoor shower. All of this overlooks the most tranquil scenery of Hermosa Beach and the most incredible sunsets you've ever seen.
There are fine restaurants in the area as well as the nightlife of Playa del Coco, a mere ten minute drive. In Coco you will find; a supermarket, bars, more restaurants, and even a casino. If privacy is what you want with beautiful surroundings come to Casa Puesta del Sol.
