Peg’s Paradise is a fully equipped 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 4th floor corner condo with a spectacular view of the Gulf. As an end unit (from the beach - 2nd from the top, far left), you have a view of the Bay Bridge as well as the Gulf.
We are located at 2580 Estero Blvd, 1 mile south of the pier, which is the center of many beach activities and a favorite gathering place for anglers. Dolphins, pelicans and seagulls are a delight to watch.
Our complex, the Estero Beach Club, is meticulously maintained with lush green foliage and flowers. You are only steps from the pool and the beach. Across the street is a grocery store, liquor store and the Bay Oaks Park, which has basketball and tennis courts. There is also a large community pool with a water slide and jungle gym. Great fun for the kids!
In addition to being within walking distance of many excellent restaurants, you are close to shopping, water sport rentals, marina/fishing, the casino boat cruise, golfing, churches and much more. The island trolley, just 25¢ to ride, stops at our drive and runs the 7-mile length of the island and into Bonita Springs. Sanibel, Captiva, Bonita Springs, Naples, Marco Island, and Fort Myers are within easy driving distance.
For more excitement, you can ride the Gulf waves on a jet ski, test your skills on a colorful windsurfer or soar above the island in a parasail. Several marinas cater to you, with sailboat, pontoon and motorboat rentals to cruise the Back Bay or Gulf.
Off the beach, you can tour historic landmarks, museums, parks and nature preserves. Fort Myers is the site of the Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins spring training camps.
Fort Myers Beach is noted for its sugar white sand and is one of the safest beaches in North America because there is no undertow. It is renowned for beautiful sunsets. Rental Conditions
May 1 to November 1 - rent by the week or longer
November 1 to May 1 - minimum 2 week rentals required by the Board of Directors
Rental Rates (up to 4 people)
Mid-December through Easter Week - $1500/week
The week after Easter Week through the end of July - $850/week
The end of July through mid-December - $750/week
* Add 9% tax + a $30 application fee payable to the condo complex.
* $100/week/additional person (Maximum 6 people)
* Discounts apply with 4 or more weeks rental and for repeat renters.
* All rentals are Saturday to Saturday, some exceptions may be available

Living Room & Dining Area
A breathtaking view awaits you at this well-appointed condo. You can see the Gulf from the living/dining area, kitchen and master bedroom. It is a spectacular view with the sun sparkling on the water, dolphins, boats, etc. You can hear the surf and feel the ocean breeze.
Peg’s Paradise provides you with the comforts of home – TV & VCR/DVD in the living room, beach chairs & toys, and many other amenities.
Kitchen
The kitchen also has a view of the Bay Bridge. It is fully equipped including dishes, glasses & cooking utensils, in addition to all of the other appliances.
Master Bedroom
A large screened window overlooks the Gulf, pool and palm trees. There is a sitting area, king size bed, walk-in closet, private bath, TV and door to the balcony
Second Bedroom
The second bedroom has two twin beds and a private bath. A dresser and closet provides the convenience of home. Bedding and towels, including beach towels are provided.
An elevator and laundry rooms are available.
