Come experience our magnificent two bedroom, two bath Condo on the sixth floor of Waterside III, a gated community, located at the South end of Estero Island. The Floor to ceiling windows in the living room and a screened in lanai lets you take full advantage of the breathtaking views of Estero Bay, the Gulf of Mexico, and Bay Beach Golf Course (an 18 hole public golf course). As if the views aren't reason enough to come visit, you can spend your time walking on the white sandy beaches which are only a couple blocks away. Or take $.25 trolley ride to downtown or to one of Fort Myers beach's many restaurants.
Once inside this masterpiece you will realize everything you need for a relaxing stay is provided for you. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is furnished with corian countertops and modern appliances. The appliances include a side by side refrigerator/freezer with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, and electric stove. Also included is an array of smaller appliances, glassware, dishware, utensils and cookware. There is plenty of space for all of your groceries in the closet pantry.
The living room features 10 foot ceilings with plenty of space to spread out and relax. You can take in the views of Fort Myers Beach from the floor to ceiling windows or watch your favorite television show or DVD on the 30 inch television which is hidden away in the entertainment center. The living room also features a comfortable sofa sleeper. Depending on your mood you can enjoy a meal in the dining area of the living room or at the table and chairs on the lanai.
The lanai is screened in with a tile floor and is the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or a romantic dinner. The lanai can be accessed from both the living room and master bedroom.
The master bedroom suite includes a king-size bed with a spacious walk-in closet. There is plenty of space for your entire wardrobe in the triple dresser with mirror and two night stands. Enjoy the attached spotless master bathroom's soak tub or stall shower. There is plenty of mirror space in front of the dual sinks. All bed and bathroom linens are supplied.
The second bedroom suite features two twin beds (which can be pushed together), a walk in closet and attached bathroom. Along with the storage in the walk in closet there is a triple dresser and a night stand in the room.
The laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer, ironing board and iron. The wall shelves in here are perfect for hiding all your odds and ends.
