Located in one of the most exclusive gated communities in Manzanillo, on the Santiago Peninsula, it has a calm, serene atmosphere that is just perfect for that relaxing holiday in the sun! You will have incredible views of the Pacific Ocean from the two ocean-side decks, while a view of the Sierra Madre Mountains is experienced from the back deck. In this end unit condo you experience 180-degree views of the ocean, the Bay of Santiago, village of Santiago and the mountains. The condo complex, known as ‘El Faro’ is extremely safe and meticulously managed. Two on-site pools (one heated) provide a great opportunity for lounging in or near the water, if you aren’t up for going to the beach. Beaches are a ten-minute walk away. Restaurants, grocery stores and shopping centres are also within walking distance.

The condo has 3 balconies - 2 overlooking the ocean and 1 overlooking the Sierra Madre mountains. Each balcony has a sitting area with chairs. There are 2 outdoor pools on site; 1 is heated. The outdoor barbeque uses propane and is fantastic for bbqing local seafood. The condo is situated on the top 2 levels of the building. The washer and dryer are fullsize and the dryer is 220, which drys clothes much faster than the typical 110 that you find in Mexico. The inside dining table can accomodate 4. The patio table and chairs on the main floor deck can accomodate 6 people. The sitting bench built in to the balcony can accomodate another 6 to 8 people. All kitchen appliances, utensils, bed linens and towels are included in rental. A beach umbrella, beach tools and a boogie board are available for your use. This is truly your home away from home. The only thing that you need to bring is your favourite CDs, bathing suits, toiletries and personal effects. Enjoy a vacation in paradise!
This spacious, newly renovated condo has an upper level with a large master bedroom with a king-size bed and a bathroom. A sitting room/den next to the master has a double hide-a-bed, TV, VCR and a number of videos and books for your enjoyment. On the main floor, there is a kitchen, living room and second bathroom. This area also has a cabinet unit with a built-in double Murphy bed. The living area has a sound system with a number of CDs for your listening pleasure. The inside living areas are tastefully decorated with Mexican art and decorative items. The condo is cooled by ocean and mountain cross breezes and has two ceiling fans. Ideal for a quiet, romantic get away. Condo regulations suggest a minimum stay for renters.

Colima, the capital city of the state of Colima, is approximately one-hour drive away.
It has an historic main square, pre-Columbian ruins and is near two volcanoes, one of which is still active. There are also charming pueblos nearby such as historic and charming Comala. Famed black sand beaches, south of Manzanillo, are approximately 45 minutes drive.

Located on the Mexican Riviera, Manzanillo is south of Puerto Vallarta and north of Acapulco on the Pacific coast. Direct flights are available from most major cities in Canada and the U.S. Several airlines, including Aero California, Mexicana, Aero Mexico, Delta, America West, Alaska Airlines, and Air Transat (using WestJet planes and crew) fly into Manzanillo Airport (ZLO). The condo is located 30 minutes south of the Manzanillo Airport and is centrally located on the Santiago Peninsula. The Peninsula has a guard station through which everyone must pass to get onto the Peninsula. Smoking is not permitted inside the condo and no pets are allowed.

Located in the Mexican Riveria, El Faro is located on a peninsula overlooking the bays of Santiago and Manzanillo. Very picturesque, clean beaches, still rustic and low key. Sail fishing, snorkeling, diving, horseback riding, golfing are prime activities and relaxation is the name of the game. Gated community with guard. Corner condo unit has fantasic views.
