Featured Home: The Bellagio Sleeps 14 with "Three Master Bedrooms". This is by far one of the largest rental homes in the Disney World area. Each room is themed with an individual Disney characters. There is over 3000 sq. feet of living space.
If first impressions count then Bellagio has you covered. Awaiting you from the tiled entrance is the formal living room with it's elegant couches. Comfortable furniture, plush carpeting and room to spare. Included here are a lazy boy lounge chair, couch set with sleeper sofa and a chaise lounge chair. There is also a wall unit with color cable television, VCR player and stereo -Curl up with this great chaise lounge chair and your favorite movie.
Formal Dining Room: A large family needs a large dining room. Formal seating for eight at the full size dining table overlooking the pool, orange groves and golden pond.
Gourmet Kitchen: Overlooking the dining room is your gourmet style kitchen. Every modern appliance including a refrigerator, full size cooking stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal and microwave are all included.
A family size breakfast nook adjoins the kitchen. A glass enclosed breakfast nook with sliding doors that step out to the pool.
Master Bedroom 1: Master Bedroom Suite: located towards the rear of the house you will find your bedroom equipped with a king size bed, color television and extra large en-suite bathroom that includes an oval tub, separate walk-in glass shower and a large walk in closet. A private door to the pool deck allows you to retreat late at night for a private swim, cigar and your favorite cognac while the rest of your family is sleeping elsewhere in the house -En-suite bathroom with large tub and shower.
Master Bedroom 2: The second master bedroom also has a king size bed with color television and VCR player -There is also an adjoining bathroom with walk in shower.
At the front of the house is bedroom three with twin beds and cathedral ceiling.
Upstairs -For your additional comfort there is a quiet little corner of the villa set up as a reading den -View's from the upstairs den Upstairs.
Kids will have a wild time in bedrooms 4 and 5, which are decorated in parrot and cheetah decor:
Bedroom 4: Bedroom four has twin beds and a color television.
Bedroom 5: Bedroom five has bunks beds, children will love this bedroom -These two rooms share a third bathroom in the hallway.
Master Bedroom 3: Included here is a TV with VCR, queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom.
Back Yard & Swimming Pool: We've left the best for last. Bellagio is a large home and therefore you'll need a family size pool. Not only does this pool have the provision to be heated during those cooler winter months. (optional extra) but there also is a lovely lanai porch.... ....to shelter you from those very long and sunny Florida days. Comfortable lounge furniture makes it very likely you'll fall asleep under the afternoon sunshine or the millions of stars in the night sky.
Bellagio Game Room: After a long day at Disney, come home and hang out in the large Game Room with Polynesian decor for kids or adults which can be entered from the foyer or bedroom hallway. Enjoy a cold drink by the bar, shoot pool, compete in foozball or partner up on Sony Play Station 2 (video gaming system) or air hockey.
A double-size play yard behind the house is perfect for children to play games and still be supervised by adults relaxing in the pool area. Great Suntans found here -Southeast exposure is perfect for facing for all the Florida Sunshine. Bellagio is not your normal vacation home. Quality costs but for those wanting the best this is the house. Even if you just need extra space this is the house to select. You truly will live the lifestyle of an executive even if for only a few days while on vacation. The drive to Disney World takes only a few minutes. Great fun for all the family, dining pool side is always a pleasure Great pool on a large home with the added privacy of flowering hedges -View from the back yard.
Note: No pets and smoking is not allowed in the house, in order to keep it clean, fresh and intact for all who may enjoy it. Smoking is permitted by the pool.
