This is a brand new, just built beautiful two story house sleeping four. Home has over 1,200 square feet, granite kitchen, bar, top and lower balcony both overlook the marina and ocean; if you want to unwind this is the island to do it on. This is the most spectacular water you will ever see, not to mention the best fishing in the world; this was Hemingway’s getaway to fish and write novels. The small island has a population of 1,600 very friendly natives. Whether you want lobsters, conch, or their famous BBQ you will find it there, and let’s not forget the famous loaded Kalik beer. Our unit is newly decorated with brand new furniture and everything you will need. The best way to get around the island is by gas golf cart, you can rent a golf cart on the street for $40.00 a day or from me for $30.00 a day. The beach is walking distance from the house. The island is just 48 nautical miles from Miami, 1 hour and 20 minutes by boat or 20 minutes by plane.
This is the newest development in Bimini; just the first 200 homes are done, The first of three pools should be ready for the summer followed by a 18 hole Robert Trend Jones golf course in 07, and a full casino, all coming soon.

The house will be completely clean when you arrive, but we do not include daily housekeeper service, there is a washer and dryer and we can arrange daily maid service for an additional fee.
