Alii Kai unit 9F is our Kauai Condominium located in what many consider to be the most beautiful resort on earth. Princeville resort is a 9000 acre garden paradise located on the North shore of Kauai.
Our 1100 square foot home consists of two bedrooms, two baths, living room, dining room, kitchen, guest storage, and washer and dryer. You will find it beautifully decorated with all the amenities you'd find in your own home but with the added luxury of breathtaking views of paradise!
Imagine, you will have countless activities to satisfy all of your senses! Start the morning on the Lanai with a cup of fresh brewed Kauai coffee as you watch the rising sun begin to illuminate the many waterfalls on Mt. Waialeale. Take a short hike on a jungle path to Anini Beach, one of the most beautiful on the North shore protected by an exotic reef and teeming with tropical fish. Enjoy the warm, soothing water while you swim or snorkel. After a scrumptious lunch of fresh sea food, tee it up at the world famous Princeville Prince or Makai golf courses!

Condominium amenities include two spacious bedrooms, the Master Bedroom equiped with a king size bed, luxury linens, dresser, night stands, alarm clock, dressing mirror, private bath and even an ironing board and iron. Bedroom two has two twin beds, dresser, mirror, night stand, alarm clock and private bath.
The Living Room is beautifully decorated with Island art, two sofas, flat panel TV with cable connection, VCR and DVD player, CD player with radio and cordless telephone.
The fully equipped kitchen has tile counters, microwave, full size range and oven, dishwasher, disposal refrigerator, Blender, Coffee maker, toaster, Washer and dryer. High speed internet access.
For the use of our guests we provide beach chairs, beach mats, beach towels, beach umbrella, snorkel equipment, boogie board and an ice cooler.
