Villa Lake Como 3 is a 6 bedroom villa with pool and full staff. The Villa has a central area with a main entrance and two floors, then there are two more lateral sides (2 floors each), and a back side for the custodians.
The Villa is divided into 3 main areas:
a) Renting side: Made by a main common entrance (ground floor), and the lateral sides.
b) Museum – not renting area: The 1st and 2nd floor in the central area alarmed 24 hours a day. You may ask the owners of the villa if you would like to visit the Museum.
c) Custodian house

Bedrooms: There are 6 bedrooms.
3 have a king size bed, a private studio and bathroom each
1 bedroom has a king size bed and a bathroom
2 bedrooms have 2 beds studio and a bathroom each

Each bedroom and studio has: telephone, with a direct line with the waiters and the custodians, TV and internet connection, safe-box, Usually, during the renting period, the house does not need to be warmed up, but if necessary, the villa can me warmed up.
