Snuggler's Cove requires a $300 refundable damage/security deposit. Credit cards are not accepted for payment of security deposits. Please pay with a personal check 30 days prior to arrival or with cash at check in.

| Check In: Check in at the Almost Heaven WV Realty office on Route 32, Canaan Valley, WV. Check in time is 3pm. |
| Check Out: Check out at the Almost Heaven WV Realty office. Check out time is 10am. |
| Deposits: 50% of the untaxed rental rate is required to hold the reservation. Payment in full is due 30 days prior to arrival. |
| Lodging Tax: State and local lodging taxes equal 12%. |
| Cancellation Policy: No cancellation within 30 days of arrival. $75 fee for cancelling before 30 days. Optional travel insurance is available. |
| Other Fees: Hot tub fees apply to all properties offering the amenity. $53 minimum fee increases to $106 for stays of 5 or more nights. A refundable $300 security deposit is required. |
