"We had stayed in this home 8 years ago and choose it again because we would have a toddler grandson and two older grandsons and family with us. We liked the floor plan of two separate wings for the bedrooms and the bunks in one of the rooms. The main feature is that this is a one level home with a ground level flat deck - very safe for the toddler. The property backs up to the back of the SR boundary and so with no homes behind it this house is very quiet. We like the proximity to Mavericks. Only drawbacks is that it does not have AC and is quite far from the Village Mall (but very close to the Cottonwood entrance and so quick for a trip into Bend). The house was very clean and especially the floors and carpet per my advance request because of the age of the youngest grandson. VP did bring over two fans that we also requested. Great home and service by all. Thank you - Togni Family"
