We had barely recovered from Hurricane Ivan when Dennis hit and put us out of commission again. But that has not kept us down. We have worked diligently and "THE BREEZEWAY" is up and running and has rented the entire 2006 Summer. Go ahead and plan your Fall, Winter, or next years vacation with us!
We hope that you will come and experience our beautiful home. We love it, and we know you will too!
The Breezeway is a spacious townhome, over 1800 square feet, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms for all the privacy you need. We are BEACHFRONT and located on the private West End of Navarre Beach away from the crowds and the high-rise Condos. If you like pristine white sand, emerald water and privacy, then this is the place for you. There is no need to 'get and early start' to secure a place on the beach here. There is plenty of room and the beach is never crowded.
We have 4 TVs, including a 52" BIG SCREEN TV, with DVD & VHS players so that you can get away for awhile from the kids (or parents) and relax inside. Plus we use high quality linens, tableware, glasses and cookware so that every experience is enjoyable. We use this home ourselves and we don't want to compromise, so why should you?
We now have HBO, Showtime, Cinemax plus 200 channels, HIGH SPEED Internet service (Just plug in to the ethernet connection) and free local and long distance calling (within the continental US).
There is an ample supply of towels for your use, not just 2 per person. And yes you can take them to the beach.
WHEN YOU LEAVE, BE SURE TO TAKE YOUR FREE 'THE BREEZEWAY' COFFEE MUGS HOME AS OUR GIFT. We offer 2 free per rental. They will be on the counter waiting on you.
The Breezeway has just undergone a complete renovation. A new kitchen with granite countertops, all new appliances, under mount sink and recessed lighting. all three bathrooms have been redone with new tile, paint and shower doors. New tile and paint in the master bedroom - plus a fabulous new double sliding door leading to your private balcony with a million dollar view of the Gulf of Mexico! The second and third bedrooms are newly painted and both have brand new Berber carpet. The entire building has just been painted inside and out!
Enjoy walking on our handmade Persian, Indian and Pakistani rugs, or lounge on the new Italian leather sectional sofa.
The deck has Cypress deck chairs and rockers for a great time just lounging close to the house.
The Breezeway has 3 bedrooms: One (huge) King which is directly facing the Gulf of Mexico, and has a private balcony, another King which has a view of Santa Rosa sound, and one bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds. This bunk room has a total of 4 beds, one double and three twins. It also has a view of Santa Rosa sound. All three bedrooms have newly upgraded full bathrooms.
You are directly on the gulf of Mexico at The Breezeway, but you also have a great view of Santa Rosa Sound from the backside of our property. Since Navarre Beach is only about a third of a mile wide and separated from the mainland by a mile of intercoastal waterway, you are away from it all when you are here. Yet you can cross the bridge to the mainland and be at great grocery shopping in about seven minutes. Let The Breezeway be your Beach Home!

Weekends: Available Fall and Low season .. $800 Fall/$600 Low
Add 11% Tax/Fees & $100 cleaning to all rentals.
