House is 3 bedrooms, 4 Decks, 1 large bathroom, New Kitchen, living/dining room. New Carpeting and Paint.
Close to all shops and resturants on the island. Drive to close by Newburyport for more restaurants and entertainment, shopping etc.
Beautiful Historic Harbor, boating and fishing charters.
Fishing right from the beach, Overnight Fishing allowed.
Great Baitshop right on the Island.
