Two small private villas of "barefoot elegance," one set on a dazzling white sand beach, the other a short stroll away from the beach in a lovely garden setting.
Sunrise Dunes:
Both directly on the beach and moments from a large heated swimming pool, the villa sleeps 4 or 5 in two bedrooms, each with private bath. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the guest bedroom now has one queen size and one full size bed. The kitchen is newly refurbished and completely equipped including a dishwasher. There is a comfortable, fully furnished living room opening onto a spacious patio on the beach. The patio is amply furnished including chairs, chaise lounges, a grill, dining table and wonderful high table with umbrella and high stools so not miss a thing on the beach directly in front of you!
The villa provides heat, air conditioning, cable television w/ VCR, CD player and phone. Large paddle fans are in each room. Books are available for guests. Bring your favorite VHS tapes or rent them in the community shopping complex. Linens and towels are of course provided, as are all dinnerware, silverware and utensils.
You will find the villa is warm and inviting. Painted in soft pastel colors, it displays charming Bahamian art and beach collectibles. The villa lets in wonderful light and fresh island breezes.

Sunrise Gardens:
The villa is an oversized villa on a double lot. Nestled in a lovely lawn and garden setting, it is a short stroll from the magnificent Treasure Cay beach. In 2006, the villa was completely renovated and expanded. Every article and element is new or completely renovated and restored. It is now fully furnished and equipped for your vacation stay from a fully equipped kitchen – including dishwasher – large family room, and lovely dining room to a large patio with separate relaxing and dining areas, each complete with a large sun umbrella. You will enjoy the peaceful setting of flowering trees and bushes, palm trees, and an expansive lawn. A grill is provided as well.
Two new bedrooms sleep 4 or 5 persons. The master bedroom includes a dressing area, deep cedar walk-in closet, king size bed, and direct access to the patio. The guest bedroom contains both a queen size bed and a twin.
Each bedroom has a new bathroom. The master includes new double sinks and a wonderful new walk-in shower. The guest bathroom includes a new tub shower.
Including the separate dining room pictured, Sunrise Gardens has many additional features. Among them are paddle fans in every room, heat and air conditioning, cable television with VCR. You will find a hammock and plenty of outdoor chairs including chaise lounges. The villa is fully equipped with a large selection of glasses, cups and saucers, dinnerware, silverware, a complete collection of cooking utensils and equipment including a microwave. Plenty of linens and towels. A telephone is of course included.
Please take a moment to enjoy the wonderful island colors you will find throughout the villa along with the charming island paintings, photos and artifacts. A special feature is the kitchen countertop imbedded with dozens of locally-collected shells and sea glass.

Rental Fees
Standard rate is $1,600 per week for Sunrise Dunes; $1,400 per week for Sunrise Gardens.
Renters pay the housekeeping service $135 directly
for opening, cleaning, and closing the villa.

Treasure Cay is a wonderful recreational community on the island of Great Abaco, located 175 miles east of West Palm Beach. Treasure Cay has its own commercial airport less than 10 miles from the resort. It is accessible from West Palm Beach, Ft Lauderdale and Miami.
All you need is proof of citizenship.
Treasure Cay has a 3.5 mile beach, 18 hole golf course, large marina, 10 tennis courts, two heated swimming pools, fishing charter boats and guides, dive shop, restaurants, beach bars, a large open air bar at the marina for entertainment and dancing, as well as numerous shops. Transportation in Treasure Cay is by foot, bicycle, or golf cart. Bicycles and golf carts, as well as motor scooters and boats, can be rented near the marina. The complex includes a grocery store, liquor store, bakery, bank with ATM, hardware store, car rental agency, small hotel, medical and dental clinics. Ecumenical church services are held every Sunday in season.
