The rack rate for Gentle Winds units IN season, December 1 through April 30th is:
Three Bedroom$400/nightOff Season$250/night
2 Bedroom Garden 300/nightOff Season 200/night
2 Bedroom 275/nightOff Season 180/night
These rates may vary with length of stay or for holidays (Christmas, President's Day, and Easter), or shoulder times (early Dec. or late April). There is a four night minimum stay. Monthly rates off season start at $2000 excluding maid service and utilities. Monthly in-season rates start at $4500. A fully refundable security deposit of $250 will be collected with each rental. There is an 8% hotel tax in the Virgin Islands. Payments may be made online with Paypal by clicking the BUY THIS icon on the bottom of the page. Or checks are accepted. A 50% deposit is required at time of booking. The remainder is charged 45 days before arrival. Have your rates confirmed first and your reservation on hold. There is a no smoking policy in most of the units. Please let me know if you smoke.

There are three sizes- two and three bedrooms and the unique garden unit with an alcove off the living room, often enclosed with an extra sleeping sofa. All are well appointed with tropical furnishings, full kitchens, dining room, living room, two or three full baths, cable TV, central ac, screened porches, and laundry faculties.

On St. Croix, life is lived outdoors. With a perfect climate year-round, sports of all varieties abound on the water, under the water, on the beaches and in the green hills. Golf, tennis, scuba diving, hiking, kayaking, windsurfing, sailing, and horseback riding are just a few. And of course there's that all time favorite sport, shopping--which is duty free here. Just in case you’re an aficionado of that great indoor sport, casino gaming, you won’t be disappointed.
