We offer this beautiful Villa, located just in front of the ocean; 15 min from Progreso and 6 miles form a Village called Chicxulub, where you can find anything you need. The Villa has all the comfortable spaces you will need to enjoy a perfect vacation. The most beautiful part of the Villa, is that you can look at the ocean all the time. Whether you are resting in the living room, eating at the dining room table, or when you are cooking in the kitchen!!! And in addition to that you can look at the Flamingo Place from one of the bedrooms or just walk there! The Flamingo Place is located just aproximatly 200 feet from the Villa. We have two bedrooms with balconies so you can enjoy the view of the ocean all the time. The Villa comes fully equipped with everything you could possibly need in a kitchen. Maid service is available upon request. Lastly, we offer as a part of the rental, transportation to the airport and from the Villa to the airport. Don't miss it!!!

We have an overlook place for Famingos just in the backpart of the Villa, and also we are just 6 miles from to the little village of Chicxulub, which has a very mexican taste and also we are located 11 miles from the port of Progreso which has a lot of amenities, like many resttaurants, boating, watersky and a very nice seawall where you can spend a quiet time.
