Property Information
This brand-new house is in the Opera Salvaje neighborhood close to Hermosa Beach (1.25 mi/ 2 km) and to Jaco (15 minutes by car). It was designed by a family with kids, it's fully tiled and fully air conditioned. It sleeps up two couples and 4 kids.
Downstairs, two bedrooms have a Queen bed each and individual AC units. Upstairs the loft is designed to be used as an entertainment area for kids or grownups alike, as well as sleeping quarters for the younger crowd. On one side, there are comfortable lounges, a TV & DVD, as well as books and family games. On the other, there are four foam mattresses that can be laid down on the floor. The loft and stair rails are high and solid. The main living area downstairs has DirecTV, DVD and a 6 unit CD player stereo. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast bar and a table for four. Outside there is a courtyard with an outdoor Jacuzzi for 6 people and a shower.
The house is next door to Skeeter House so both can be rented together for larger groups.
