This is one of the most peaceful locations in Canmore - within walking distance of downtown, a ten minute
walk to main street, and yet Mother Nature is your neighbour, a five minute walk to Quarry Lake. Enjoy
spectacular mountain views from every room in our home as well as from the spacious 1300 sq. ft. wrap-around decks. Wildlife viewing and birdwatching opportunities abound. An exceptional location for photographers and artists. On July 1st and New Years Eve you can relax and enjoy the fireworks display from the comfort of our home. We are within an hours drive of world famous Banff National Park, Lake Louise, Sunshine Village and Kananaskis Provincial Park.

Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency unless
the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in
advance with the owner.
Rental rates from $4900.00 CAD to $7000.00 CAD per
week.
Rates are based on length of stay, number of guests
and time of year.
Renter will be required to sign a standard landlord and
tenant lease agreement.

Please Note:
Due to severe allergies in our family, our home is
strictly non smoking
and we can not allow guests to bring any pets.
Our home is for the use of registered guests only, no
larger gatherings can be held here.
We do not have parking for larger vehicles such as
motor homes or campers and require that all guests
vehicles be parked on our driveway.
Nearest airport: Calgary International - 90 minute drive
at 120 kilometres
Canmore is located 1 hour west of Calgary and 10
minutes east of Banff National Park
Vacation Rental Policies

| Deposits: 25% of the Rent is required to secure all bookings. |
| Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Policy - payments (less 20%) are refunded
if the home is re-rented. |
| Other Policies: Full amount + $850.00 refundable security/damage
deposit due 60 days prior to arrival. If arriving in less than 60 days, all payments must be made in full to secure rental.

features a fireplace and a juliette balcony as well as a 5
piece ensuite.
A playpen/portable baby bed is available for guests
use.
Bathroom 1 is the ensuite in the master bedroom. The
view from the jetted tub is outstanding, by day
mountain vistas and by night scenic lights of Canmore.

There are 6 Golf courses located within an hours drive
of our home.The Canmore Golf Course, the Silvertip
and the Stewart Creek courses are all within a 10
minute drive. The Banff Springs course is a 20 minute
drive. The Kananaskis Ranch course is a 30 minute
drive. The
Kananaskis Country courses are a 40 minute drive.
Cross Country and Alpine Skiing The Canmore Nordic
Centre, home of the Nordic events during the 1988
Winter Olympics is a 5 minute drive or 10 minute
walk/ski from our door. Track set trails provide great
skiing in winter and excellent mountain biking trails in
summer. There are 5 world class alpine ski resorts
located within an hours drive of our home. Lake
Louise 50 minutes, Sunshine Village 35 minutes, Mt.
Norquay 25 minutes, Nakiska 45 minutes, and Fortress
Mountain 60 minutes.
