At Kolea, the prime resort destination in Waikoloa, you will find this brand new, designer-decorated ground floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom luxury Villa awaiting you. You have a spacious 1270 square feet plus a 150 square foot lanai with an outdoor Viking Professional stainless steel grille and refrigerator. A teak table and chairs allow you to enjoy your meals on the lanai (if you wish) with a view of the Pacific Ocean.
This unit has plenty of space for 4 Adults and 2 children to comfortably enjoy their vacation together. The Master Suite has a California King bed with a large, modern bathroom containing both a large walk-in shower and a beautiful soaking bathtub. The second bedroom adjoins another modern tile bathroom and has twin beds that can easily be combined to form another King-size bed. Additionally, we have a queen sleeper sofa in the Great Room.
The kitchen is a gourmet chef’s dream, with granite counter tops, African mahogany cabinets, Kitchen Aid stainless appliances and all the cooking utensils you would need. If you choose to dine inside, enjoy the air-conditioned comfort of the Villa with a beautiful glass formal dining area that seats six.
In addition to all the standard amenities you would expect to find in first class accommodations, we have an HD wide screen TV with DVR, DVD, stereo, high speed wireless internet connection, and an IPod adapter so you can play your own favorite music through the stereo system.
Kolea is a small community of exclusive villas located directly on the beach at Anaeho’omalu Bay between the Hilton Waikoloa Village and the Marriott Hotel. Anaeho’omalu Bay (“A-Bay” for short) has one of the most beautiful beaches along the Kohala coast with a vast stretch of sandy beach for sun bathing, great snorkeling just off the beach, as well as numerous ocean activities available on the beach including Scuba Diving, glass bottom boat, sail and snorkeling cruises, and sunset sailing. All of our guests also have full use of the Kolea Beach Club, which includes an infinity edge swimming pool overlooking the beach, a natural Lava rock hot tub, children’s pool with sand bottom and waterfall, fully equipped open air exercise room, a full kitchen with outdoor dining tables and beach towels for your use. This Villa is about 100 yards from the entrance to the Beach Club and the ocean beach is just a short walk beyond. Lest you think because of all this beauty we must be isolated, there are over 20 dining options within walking distance AND 4 golf courses within 5 minutes. Nearby is an exciting collection of boutiques, restaurants and galleries at the distinctive King’s Shops.

Call for Christmas Rates and for Specials for Pre-Pays and for Extended Stays
Cleaning is scheduled at the end of your stay for a charge of $200.00 for the first 4-persons. An additional $25 per person is required for over 4 people. Mid-week cleaning can be arranged if requested for an additional fee.
Full payment needs to be received 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Security deposit of $500 is required to reserve dates.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged a fee equivalent to 1 nights lodging and any credit card processing fees. If you cancel 15 to 29 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged the rate equivalent to 2 nights lodging and any credit card processing fees. No Refunds will be made on reservations canceled within 14 days before your scheduled arrival date during peak season (Dec-April)
Security Deposit Policy:
The Security Deposit will be refunded within 30 business days of check-out, after successful check-out inspection for property damage or loss.
