Boat, jetski rentals available. One of the few houses that actually has a beautiful landscape front yard with grass and backyard with plenty of patio room with patio
furniture. Jacuzzi outside and a jacuzzi inside. Skylight throughout the house. One parking space. The house is located next to the Catamaran tower in the first picture. *Note-Patio and outside Jacuzzi hours are from 9AM-9PM.

minimum, $700 per day
Labor/Independence Day $6200 Weekly, 4/7 Day minimum, $900 per day
$500 reservation/damage/clean deposit required. Returned in 7 days from departure if no damages and clean. No cleaning fee unless excessive cleaning is needed. A $100 linen fee required.
10.5% California tax.

Note: House is located in a very exclusive "quiet zone block" no
house parties are loudness allowed. Walk across the street and you
